Shipping policy

(A) Shipping Domestically

We deliver to all locations within Malaysia. Delivery is free within Malaysia for orders above RM500. For any order below the aforementioned amount, a fixed fee of RM30 applies for orders in the West while a fixed fee of RM40 applies for orders in the East of Malaysia. Please note that our store currency is shown in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR=RM).

(B) Shipping Internationally

All International shipments are fulfilled by reputable courier services, either DHL, FedEx, Aramex or TNT Express covers with insurance and express trackable service. International shipment times vary depending on location, please allow 7-14 business days from the date ordered.

International shipment prices are based on several factors such as weight, carrier and distance, and are automatically calculated at checkout. 

You will be sent a confirmation email with a unique tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Kindly ensure to fill in a valid email address, and to check your email for updates.

(D) Import duties and taxes

We do not have any control over customs. Buyer is responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties and taxes. All shipments are from Malaysia and please check with your customs for any import restriction. Shipping carrier will contact you by phone or email to organise payments due.
